Bar Confederation – Union of Lithuanian and Polish noble Catholic groups, formed in 1768 February 29 in Bar (Vinicos area). One of the most active confederates in Lithuania was Simanas Kossakowski, who had won several conforntations with the Russian Army in Deltuva.
